Janet Arthur is a Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) expert who has successfully managed the development and execution of large scale development projects in Ghana, and in the West Africa Subregion. Janet has over 10 years working experience in the WASH sector, where she has developed a strong network within National Governments and multi-laterals active in the WASH sector. Prior to joining SEGURA Consulting LLC, she worked with Tetra Tech International Development as the Country Team Lead for their WASH Finance 2.0 project in Ghana, and for 7 years, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands as a Policy officer for WASH and Climate.
