Description:           

For ongoing projects as well as upcoming prospects, SEGURA Consulting is expanding its talent pool of available WASH specialists. Individuals interested in either long-term and short-term positions who meet the qualifications below are encouraged to send CVs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field.

• At least 10 years’ experience in the water sector, with preference for experience in Asia, Africa and/or the Middle East

• Extensive experience related to business planning, tariff studies, utility performance improvement and institutional reform efforts

• Previous experience working with USAID, World Bank, ADB or similar donors

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, analytic skills, interpersonal skills, team management skills

• Fluency in English required; other languages (especially French) a plus
